Hello! I am Brian Wong, an Interaction Designer based in the Bay Area. My passion area includes working with the ever-changing mobility space, and integrating human-centered design approaches into creating valuable products and services. In my free time, you'll find me biking around the Bay Area, taking pictures of some transit signs, cooking, brewing tea, and contributing to my personal archive of metro systems around the world.

Brian Wong is an Interaction Designer at IDEO who specializes in designing best in class mobility experiences. He applies his unique transportation perspectives to consumer electronics, retails, healthcare, and other domains - as demonstrated in a wide range of IDEO projects. Some of his favorite projects includes Ford Smart Mobility, Hyundai, UE Logitech, Baby+Co and Sephora.
Before joining IDEO, Brian worked with Microsoft, Daylight Design, and infiltrated Lyft with his senior thesis. He conceived Lyft Line HotSpots and 10 MIN match - features that improved efficiency for both passengers and drivers with the ultimate goal to elevate sustainability in the Bay Area and beyond. Brian also led product design efforts at Yerdle, a sharing economy startup based in San Francisco.
Brian holds a Bachelors of Arts with High Distinction in Interaction Design from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco. When Brian isn’t designing, he spends his time geeking out over the world’s diverse metro systems.
